SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

The delivery timeline for all domestic and international orders shall be 3-4 weeks or less.
Kindly note that Sundays and other public holidays are not considered working days.

We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products.

There might be minor color variations due to differences in display output, camera lighting, and screen resolution.

Any loose threads are due to human error, as all our products are handcrafted and hence are not considered a manufacturing defect.

All Samad Atelier products are handcrafted. Each piece is one of a kind, meaning your purchase may slightly differ from the image displayed on the website.

We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Some countries levy import taxes, customs fees, or other duties when goods are imported. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Samad Atelier is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

PAYMENTS
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and also provide Net Banking options, UPI, and Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express).

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping for all domestic orders is free of charge.
For domestic orders, the bill will be sent directly from the courier partner, and the payment can be made to the courier partner or to us.

For international orders, shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are payable by the customer.

RETURNS
There is no return, refund, or exchange policy.
As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict no exchange policy.

Returns will only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defect. Please photograph the damage as soon as you open the package and write to us at samadatelier@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement of the product in case of damage will be subject to availability and timeline.
If a replacement is not possible for a damaged product, a full refund will be issued in the same mode of payment used by the customer.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All products will be shipped from our store or workshop in Kolkata.
Products will only be shipped to the address mentioned on the checkout page.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, kindly do not accept it.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your product has been dispatched.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, to facilitate faster delivery. Note that orders shipped and returned due to non-availability at the time of delivery are not eligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
